Doug develops, implements and evaluates the overall economic development efforts of the Chamber of Commerce by coordinating existing industry programs, workforce development programs and industrial recruitment efforts; formulates economic development marketing efforts.
Lisa Pickel

Lisa provides oversight for Safety Council, Quality Council, Existing Industry visitation program, facilitates the retention and expansion of local industries, conducts the Wage & Benefit survey, hosts an annual Job Fair, hosts annual Industry Appreciation Showcase & Luncheon, maintains the Industry Directory.
Sherry Crye
Cleveland Bradley Chamber of Commerce
Sherry oversees and coordinates the Chamber education programs, including Job Shadowing, BEST (Business & Education Serving Together), Teachers Academy, Youth Leadership, Senior Interviews and ninth-grade Career Awareness Fair.
Bob McIntire

Bob McIntire started in the insurance industry in 1982 with McIntire & Associates and became president of the company in 1992. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce, serves as chairman of the Economic Development Council.
Dr. Bill Seymour
Cleveland State Community College
Dr. Bill Seymour was appointed by The TN Board of Regents to serve as President of Cleveland State Community College. As campus CEO he is responsible for leading a comprehensive community college serving Bradley, Polk, Meigs, McMinn and Monroe counties in Southeast Tennessee.
Rick Creasy
One Source; Cleveland State Community College
Rick has more than 30 years’ experience in the Global Pharmaceutical business sector. He currently is the Executive Director of OneSource Workforce Development and Continuing Education at Cleveland State Community College.
Scott Packett
TN College of Applied Technology - Athens
Scott is the Workforce and Grant Coordinator at TCAT Athens, responsible for developing specialized training for local industry and writing/managing grants for the college. He is a native Athenian, graduate of Tennessee Wesleyan College, and U.S. Air Force Veteran. He lives in Athens with his wife Allyssa and their two sons Ayden and Avery.
Arlette Robinson
CTE, Bradley County Schools
Arlette has been involved in Career and Technical Education (CTE) for more than 30 years. Since transitioning to education in 1996, Arlette has served as a Health Science Education teacher and gained a Master’s Degree in Instructional Leadership. Mrs. Robinson moved into CTE administration in 2007 working as CTE Director for Bradley County Schools’ 18 program areas.
Renny Whittenbarger
CTE, Cleveland City Schools
Renny has served as the Supervisor of Career and Technical Education for Cleveland City Schools since 2011. Prior to this position, he taught Engineering at Cleveland High School for 14 years. Renny holds a Master’s Degree in Education Administration and Supervision from Lincoln Memorial University.
